If you use Windows XP and have not installed SP2 yet (which can cause problems in and of itself), you are running a major risk if you're still using Internet Explorer. Of course better and more secure browsers such as Firefox, while not perfect (though at least it is patched better and faster), are not vulnerable to this latest virus.
